Kelland O'Brien OAM (born 22 May 1998) is an Australian racing cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Team Jayco–AlUla.

The team also set a new Olympic & World record in their First Round Qualifying race with a time of 3:40.730 on 6 August 2024.

He represented Australia at the 2015 Junior World Championships and his performances allowed him to get a Madison gold and Team Pursuit bronze.
