Kelly is a town in Bayfield County, Wisconsin, United States.

As of the census[3] of 2000, there were 377 people, 140 households, and 112 families residing in the town.

There were 168 housing units at an average density of 4.6 per square mile (1.8/km2).

17.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 10.7% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
