Kelly Cousins

Kelly Cousins (née Chambers; born 11 January 1986) is an English women's football manager and former player who serves as sporting director for American club Utah Royals FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL).

She previously managed English club Reading of the Women's Super League (WSL) and was also its director of football.

[citation needed] During her playing career, Reading appointed Cousins as its director of women's and girls football, and she remained in this role until her departure in 2023.

After gaining promotion to the WSL 2, now known as the Women's Championship, in 2014, the club appointed Jayne Ludlow as manager.

[7] Victories against Bristol City, Brighton and Hove Albion and Everton, saw Cousins' side take maximum points in November and jump two places in the table.
