Kenwood is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sycamore Township, Hamilton County, Ohio, United States.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.3 square miles (6.0 km2), all land.

The racial makeup of the CDP was 77.4% White, 6.8% Black or African American, 0.0% Native American, 9.0% Asian, 0.0% Pacific Islander, 1.3% from some other race, and 5.5% from two or more races.

28.9% of all households were made up of individuals, and 16.0% were someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
