Korand (Persian: كرند)[a] is a city in Dashli Borun District of Gonbad-e Kavus County, Golestan province, Iran.

[5] At the time of the 2006 National Census, Korand's population was 4,342 in 969 households, when it was village in Kerend Rural District.

[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 5,616 people in 1,530 households.
