Kevin M. Quinn

Kevin Michael Quinn[1] (born 1955)[2] is a retired rear admiral of the United States Navy.

He later earned a master's degree in information science from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Quinn was named Task Force 73/Commander, Logistics Group Western Pacific in 2003.

He would lead the Navy's logistics efforts to support Asia in the aftermath of the 2004 Indian Ocean earthquake and tsunami.

This included overseeing the efforts of the USNS Mercy (T-AH-19) Task Group.
