Khalid Al-Estashi

Khalid Al-Estashi (born 19 March 1974) is a Yemeni long-distance runner who competed internationally for Yemen at the 1992 Summer Olympics.

[2] Al-Estashi was still a teenager when he competed in the 10,000 metres at the 1992 Summer Olympics held in Barcelona, Spain.

He finished his heat in 26th place out 28 that started and didn't qualify for the finals.

[3][4] In 1995, Al-Estashi contributed to the Yemeni 22nd-place team at the 1995 World Cross Country Championships, scoring as their 3rd finisher.

[6] At the 1996 IAAF World Half Marathon Championships, Al-Estashi placed 105th as the first Yemeni finisher.
