Kim Hyong-ryong

Kim Hyong-ryong (Korean: 김형룡) is a military officer and politician of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea).

He is a member of the Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea and is a public diplomat of the Korean People's Army.

In April 1992, he was appointed Director of the Ministry of People's Armed Forces, and was appointed to the Chief of Communications of the Ministry of People's Armed Forces.

Kim could be seen wearing multiple decorations during a visit to Beijing.
