Kings Monkton School

Kings Monkton School, formerly Monkton House and King's College, is a co-educational private day school for children aged 3–18.

[9] The existing principal resigned his position citing his reason as "job security".

[10] In 2013 it was bought by Heathfield Independent Schools,[11] owned by Welsh businessman Andrew McCarthy.

[15] The school was incorporated as a private limited company by the two owners.

[16] In 2014 the school opened a sixth-form college offering a range of qualifications including A-levels, BTECs and Welsh Baccalaureate.
