Kirby is a town in Hot Springs County, Wyoming, United States.
Wyoming Whiskey began production in 2009 in a facility constructed by the General Steel Corporation.

The racial makeup of the town was 94.74% White, 3.51% Asian, and 1.75% from two or more races.
48.3% of all households were made up of individuals, and 17.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
There were 18.2% of families and 12.2% of the population living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 50.0% of those over 64.
Public education in the town of Kirby is provided by Hot Springs County School District #1.
