Kiyoshi Sakai (酒井 澄, Sakai Kiyoshi) is a Japanese anime producer and animator.
He worked for the animation studio Topcraft, where Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata worked immediately before forming Studio Ghibli in 1985.
