Knud Gislesen ( 29 December 1801 – 20 May 1860) was a Norwegian teacher, clergyman and author.
[1] Gislesen was born at Løxlie in the parish of Hjartdal in Telemark, Norway.
[2] [3] During his time at the Asker seminary, he wrote a Biblical history book in 1853.
In March 1854, he married Henriette Gislesen (1809–1859) who was a noted author.
