Kobylanka [kɔbɨˈlanka] (German: Kublank) is a village in Stargard County, West Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-western Poland.

It is the seat of the gmina (administrative district) called Gmina Kobylanka.

The village has a population of 1,513.
