Kohandan (Persian: كهندان)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Kohandan Rural District of Qahan District, Jafarabad County, Qom province, Iran.
[4] At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 429 in 138 households, when it was in Qahan Rural District of Khalajestan District, Qom County.
[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 213 people in 97 households.
[2] After the census, the rural district was separated from the county in the establishment of Jafarabad County and transferred to the new Qahan District.
