Kostiantyn Petrovich Stepankov[2] (Ukrainian: Костянтин Петрович Степанков, by name of Kostiantyn Petrovich Voloshchuk;[3] 3 June 1928 – 22 July 2004) was a Ukrainian soviet actor.

He appeared in more than fifty films between 1958 and 1999.

He was a member of the jury at the 11th Moscow International Film Festival.

[4] Kostiantyn Stepankov was born in a village Pechesky, Khmelnytskyi Oblast in Western Ukraine in family of the priest.

In 1950-53 he studied in the Karpenko-Karyi Memorial Kyiv Institute of Theatrical Arts[5][6]
