Kubova Huť (German: Kubohütten) is a municipality and village in Prachatice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic.
It was derived from the Guba's Forest (which was named after the castle governor) and from the glassmaking in the area.
Kubova Huť is located about 17 kilometres (11 mi) west of Prachatice and 50 km (31 mi) west of České Budějovice.
It lies in the Bohemian Forest and in the Šumava Protected Landscape Area.
Its railway station is the highest in the country at 995 m (3,264 ft) above sea level.
