Kushal Bhurtel

In November 2019, he was named in Nepal's squad for the 2019 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup in Bangladesh.

The Nepalese team won the bronze medal, beating the Maldives by five wickets in the third-place playoff match.

[2] Due to former captain Paras khadka's injury, he got a chance to open in the match, since then he has been a prominent player for Nepal.

[6] In May 2021, following his performance in the tri-series, Bhurtel was nominated for the ICC's Men's Player of the Month award.

[9] In February 2022, he was named in Nepal's T20I squad for the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Global Qualifier A tournament in Oman.
