Lūcija Jēruma-Krastiņa (12 November 1899 – 23 September 1968) was a Latvian anatomist and anthropologist, and one of the first women to be awarded a doctorate from a Latvian university.
In 1925 she graduated from the University of Latvia Faculty of Medicine.
She worked as an assistant to Jēkabs Prīmanis.
From 1925 to 1944, she lectured in the University Department of Anatomy.
She was married to a psychiatrist Nicholas Jēruma.
