L. Balaraman

L. Balaraman (4 January 1932[1] – 26 February 2002) was an Indian politician and Member of Parliament elected from Tamil Nadu.

He was the grandson of Mr. Varadha Gounder, who was the landlord in the village.

He also served as the Member of the Legislative Assembly of Tamil Nadu.

He was elected to the Tamil Nadu legislative assembly from Kaniyambadi constituency as an Indian National Congress candidate in 1967 election[5] and from Polur constituency as an Indian National Congress (I) candidate in 1980 election.
