LaDawn Jones

LaDawn Blackett Jones (born May 28, 1980) is an American lawyer and politician.

In 1985, when she was five, her family moved to Atlanta, Georgia, where she attended St. Anthony's Catholic School.

In 1998, she enrolled in Tennessee State University, graduating in 2002, cum laude, with a B.A.

While at Tulane, Jones created a diversity program that was nominated for an American Bar Association Community Service award.

She was subsequently promoted to Chief Senior Assistant District Attorney, and Community Prosecutor for Zone 4 in southwest Atlanta.
