Alfonso La Cruz was born in the capital city of Caracas on 11 November 1995.
[2] In 2018, La Cruz participated to season 10 of Spanish reality-TV singing competition, Operación Triunfo.
[5] Within this album, Te Conocí Bailando became a viral hit within the LGBTQ+ community,[6] many dubbing his music as "regayton" — a play on the words "reggaeton" and "gay".
[8][9] On 18 July 2024, La Cruz releases his single Sahara,[10][1] which was said to be featured on an upcoming album.
On October 2024, La Cruz releases his 2nd studio album, titled El Nene Vol.1.
