Labarthe (French pronunciation: [labaʁt]; Occitan: La Barta) is a commune in the Tarn-et-Garonne department in the Occitanie region in southern France.

The town is located along the Upper Quercy bordering with the department of Lot on Lupte and Lemboulas.
