Lac La Belle, Wisconsin

Lac La Belle began as a community of vacation homes for residents of larger Midwestern cities.

[5][6] On March 28, 2002, the village annexed a portion of land in the town of Ixonia in Jefferson County.

[7] Lac La Belle is located at 43°8′44″N 88°31′33″W / 43.14556°N 88.52583°W / 43.14556; -88.52583 (43.145460, −88.525757)[8] in the "Lake Country" area of Waukesha County.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.98 square miles (2.54 km2), all land.

13.0% of all households were made up of individuals, and 9.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.

All portions of Lac La Belle are in the Oconomowoc Area School District.

Full time law enforcement services are provided by the Village of Lac La Belle Police Department.
