This lake is on the north side of Winter Haven in Polk County, Florida.

The east central and southeast shores are bordered by woods and a few residences.

The Nature Park has a public boat ramp just off Beach Parkway.

This park has a fishing pier, a .5 miles (0.80 km) walking trail around a pond, a playground and picnic facilities.
