Lamia Chraïbi, is a Moroccan producer and founder La Prod, in Casablanca in 2007 and Moon & Deal Films founded in Paris in 2011.

Lamia embodies a commitment to diverse storytelling through international co-productions merging imagination with rigor without compromise or self-censorship.

After completing her studies in audiovisual communication management in France at Valenciennes, she started her professionnel career.

[1] In 2021, Lamia Chraibi participated in Film Independent's Global Media Makers program with the series Meskoun by Hicham Lasri.

Furthermore, she founded Fondation Tamayouz, dedicated to empowering women in Moroccan cinema industry through workshops, scholarships, and mentoring programs, fostering better representation.
