The single's cover artwork, by Marvel Zombies artist Arthur Suydam, is based on the band's "Crimson Ghost" skull logo.

The first pressing of the single, consisting of 1,000 copies on 12-inch translucent red vinyl, was made available exclusively through the band's website and online store.
