Larry Dickerson was an American politician who served in the Oklahoma Senate from 1986 until his death in March 2002.

After graduation he worked as an assistant district attorney in Leflore County.

[1] His body lied in state in the Oklahoma Capitol on March 11, 2002.

[5] His funeral was March 12 at Carl Albert State College in Poteau.

[6] After his death, his state senate seat was vacant until the next election.
