Lawnton is an unincorporated area and census-designated place (CDP) in Swatara Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, United States.

Harrisburg, the state capital, is 5 miles (8 km) to the west.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.0 km2), all land.
