Le Vendôme Beirut Hotel

It was taken over by La Société des Grands Hotels du Liban (SGHL) in 1974.

The hotel closed in 1975, with the outbreak of the Lebanese Civil War.

InterContinental ceased managing the hotel in 2020, when it closed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The property was sold on June 30, 2020, to Qatari investors linked to the royal family for $35 million.
