Lee Michelle Naylor OAM (born 26 January 1971 in Shepparton, Victoria) is a retired sprinter from Australia.

[1] At the 1995 World Championships in Athletics her relay team captured the bronze medal.

She ran the third leg on her relay team at the 1998 Commonwealth Games that won gold.

[3] She was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia in the 2022 Queen's Birthday Honours.

[4] She is the mother of Australian rules football player Max Holmes.
