Leif Martin Holmgren (born 25 May 1953) is a Swedish former ice hockey player.

He was then named into the Swedish All-Star Team in 1979, having contributed 18 assists as well as scoring 11 goals for 29 points.

Afterwards, Holmgren moved to the Allsvenskan and signed with Vallentuna BK where he scored 32 points with 17 goals to his credit.

Holmgren played in three Ice Hockey World Championships for Sweden, winning a bronze medal in 1979.
