[1] Sarelle was born on September 28, 1966, in Los Angeles County, California, United States.

[citation needed] Sarelle graduated from William S. Hart Senior High School in Newhall, California, with the Class of 1984.

She then attended the College of the Canyons and later graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor's degree in French.

Additionally, she earned a certification in wine studies from iCue Culinary School.

In 1992, she played Roxy, Sharon Stone's character's lover, in Basic Instinct.
