Lena (Asturian: Ḷḷena [ˈʈ͡ʂɛna]) is a municipality in the Autonomous Community of the Principality of Asturias, Spain.

It has a population of 12.000 inhabitants, while 9,200 of them live in the capital, Pola de Lena.
