Lennox Napier

Major-General Lennox Alexander Hawkins Napier CB OBE MC DL (28 June 1928 – 21 July 2020) was a British Army officer.

Educated at Radley College and the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, Napier was commissioned into the South Wales Borderers in 1946.

[1] He saw action in Malaya and was recognised with the award of the Military Cross in December 1957 during the Malayan Emergency.

[3] In 1959 he married Jennifer Dawn Wilson; they had one son and two daughters.

[1] In retirement he was chairman of the Central Rail Users' Consultative Committee.
