Leon Edward Manteuffel-Szoege (born 5 May 1904 in Rzeżyca, d. 1973 in Warsaw) was a Polish surgeon.
He graduated from the Warsaw University under the supervision of Zygmunt Radliński.
During the II World War he worked in conspiracy under the pseudonym "Krab" (literally Crab).
In 1947, he performed a successful operation, the first in Poland, to resect a lung due to cancer.
He was a member of many foreign scientific societies, including the French National Academy of Surgery.
