The Nile minnow (Leptocypris niloticus) is a species of freshwater ray-finned fish belonging to the family Danionidae.
[2] This fish is found in the Nile, Omo, Niger, Bénoué, Volta, and Senegal Rivers, and the Lake Chad basin.
