Leslie Arthur Ramsay (July 1, 1919 – September 1, 1990) was a Canadian ice hockey player who played eleven games in the National Hockey League with the Chicago Black Hawks during the 1944–45 season.
The rest of his career, which lasted from 1936 to 1951, was spent in the minor leagues.
He was born in Verdun, Quebec.
