Levy Moshoeshoe Makoanyane took part in the men's 100m and 200m (T46) at the 2000 Games, failing to advance from the heats in either event.

Limpho Rakoto competed in the women's 100m (T46) in both the 2000 and the 2004 Games, and also failed to advance from the heats.

And Thato Mohasoa was her country's sole representative at the 2008 Games, running in the women's 100m (T12) without advancing from the heats.
