Leszek Lipka (born 4 June 1958) is a Polish former professional footballer who played as a midfielder.
[2] On 2 May 1979, he earned his first cap for the Poland national team, in a 2–0 victory over the Netherlands, at the Silesian Stadium in Chorzów.
Lipka was a starter in the Polish team under manager Ryszard Kulesza, and scored a goal in a 2–0 victory versus Malta in December 1980.
Altogether, he capped 21 times for Poland, with his last game taking place on 25 March 1981 in Bucharest against Romania.
