Lewis H. Evans (July 1, 1832 – February 7, 1904) was an American politician from Pennsylvania.
On June 6, 1861, he enlisted as a non-commissioned officer of Company K of the 4th Pennsylvania Reserve Regiment.
[1] He was shot and wounded in his arm at the Battle of Cloyd's Mountain of the Civil War.
[1] After returning from the war, Evans bought a farm in Lancaster County.
[1] Evans died of heart trouble on a train leaving Phoenixville on February 7, 1904.
