Lhotka u Radnic is a municipality and village in Rokycany District in the Plzeň Region of the Czech Republic.

Lhotka u Radnic lies approximately 16 kilometres (10 mi) north of Rokycany, 22 km (14 mi) north-east of Plzeň, and 65 km (40 mi) west of Prague.
