The township contains these five cemeteries: Bellair, Duggan, Harmony, Prairie Grove and Randolph.

As of the 2020 census[2] there were 407 people, 311 households, and 260 families residing in the township.

There were 170 housing units at an average density of 4.19 per square mile (1.62/km2).

15.40% of all households were made up of individuals, and 13.80% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
