The township contains these five cemeteries: Berlin, Hardinville, Jones, Prior Grove and Richart.

As of the 2020 census[4] there were 504 people, 162 households, and 85 families residing in the township.

There were 233 housing units at an average density of 5.47 per square mile (2.11/km2).

47.50% of all households were made up of individuals, and 15.40% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
