As of the 2020 census[1] there were 514 people, 181 households, and 152 families residing in the township.

The racial makeup of the township was 94.55% White, 0.00% African American, 0.19% Native American, 0.00% Asian, 0.00% Pacific Islander, 1.56% from other races, and 3.70% from two or more races.

There were 181 households, out of which 34.30% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 76.24% were married couples living together, 6.63% had a female householder with no spouse present, and 16.02% were non-families.

14.90% of all households were made up of individuals, and 8.30% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
