Truman Linden Chiles (March 22, 1933 – May 15, 2013) was an American character actor.

[2] He graduated from Northwestern University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism (majoring in advertising).

In his other appearance he played the role of murderer Vernon Elliot in the 1963 episode, "The Case of the Surplus Suitor".

Linden Chiles died on May 15, 2013, after falling from the roof of his home in Topanga, California.
