The president of the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (Polish: Przewodniczący Związku Harcerstwa Polskiego, Przewodniczący ZHP) is the highest function in the Polish Scouting and Guiding Association (ZHP).

Wiceprzewodniczący/wiceprzewodnicząca ZHP (Vice-President) is his substitute.
