List of emergency telephone numbers

In many countries, dialing either 112 (used in Europe and parts of Asia) or 911 (used mostly in the Americas) will connect callers to the local emergency services.

The emergency numbers in the world (but not necessarily all of them) are listed below.

From mobile phones – 112 112 is being introduced as the number for all emergencies on 1 January 2024 in Uzbekistan by the end of 2024.

Current service is the result of consolidation of firefighter, emergency police, Gendarmerie, Coast Guard, forest fire, search and rescue, natural disaster and medical emergency numbers into medical emergency former solo number 112.
