War of the First Coalition, Action of 13 January 1797: The frigate ran aground at Audierne, Finistère, France and was wrecked with the loss of six of her crew.

War of the First Coalition, Invasion of Trinidad: The third rate ship of the line was burnt at Trinidad to prevent capture by the Royal Navy.
