List of universities in Bangladesh

Universities in Bangladesh are mainly categorized into four differential types: public (government owned and subsidized), private (private sector owned universities), international (operated and funded by international organizations such as the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation), and the latest Cross Border Higher Education (CBHE) which are either study centres or branch campuses managed by of top universities in the world.
