Livingstone Mpalanyi Nkoyoyo (4 October 1938[1] – 5 January 2018) was a Ugandan Anglican bishop.

He was married to Ruth Nalweyiso, since 1965 until his death, and the couple had five children, of which one died before him.

[4] He felt his religious calling at a youth camp, at Ndoddo Church, in Gomba District.

After attending an ordination training course, he was ordained an Anglican deacon, at Namugongo, on 3 June 1969.

[6] He was laid to rest at the Uganda Martyrs Anglican Shrine in Namugongo, on 9 January 2018.
